Job Description *
- Support end users. Work directly at client companies or at the company's headquarters.
- Warranty and maintenance of computers and office equipment.
- Install Windows and application software.
- Further details will be discussed during the interview.
- Work location: Districts in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Requirements *
- Basic English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of helpdesk experience. Further training will be provided depending on the position.
- Strong understanding of IT fundamentals.
- Cheerful, enthusiastic, and responsible.
- Good customer communication skills.
- Disciplined and principled work ethic.
